Toast to the Coast 2018 is one of the most exciting events in Geelong, especially if you are a wine lover that likes to take in the sights of the wineries all whilst sipping on some of the finest cool climate wines Australia has to offer.
This year Toast to the Coast will be held on the following dates:
November 3rd & 4th
Now, for those of you that have been out and about toasting to the wonderful coast that is Geelong you will understand just how busy this day can get, some wineries are even closing their doors and not letting people in after a certain time.
One of the biggest gripes we hear about is the waiting around for the bus to come and pick you up and ferry you off to the next winery. Arrghh – I can hear it already.
Welcome, Wilsons Wine Tours Geelong – we like to take the hassle out of your day by being there for you throughout the day. This year we will be running a public bus for $45 per person, we will get you around the wineries and be waiting to pick you up when you get off the bus.
WANT TO BOOK YOUR OWN PRIVATE WINE TOUR?
No more having to carry all your stuff with you, no need to bring a water bottle, we will have plenty of those on board too.
Here is how the day will look for this year’s Toast to the Coast 2018.
9:40 AM – DEPART, SOUTH GEELONG TRAIN STATION
10:10 AM – FIRST WINERY
11:30 AM – DEPART FOR the SECOND WINERY
12:30 PM – DEPART FOR the THIRD WINERY
2:30 PM – DEPART FOR the FOURTH WINERY
4 PM – DEPART FOR DROP OFF
The wineries are yet to be determined but rest assured we will only be going to the good ones. What are your plans for this years Toast to the Coast? Well, hopefully, this will help you and your crew get around in air-conditioned comfort with plenty of water on board to keep you hydrated whilst you enjoy the wine.
Seats will be limited and it will be a first in first served basis.
You will still need to buy your Toast to the Coast tickets separately. So go on, get your friends dialled in for this fun annual event and then get in touch with us to get your seated booked. Seats are limited!
The Geelong Wine Region boasts some serious credibility with the wine produced throughout the region and if you are yet to explore then we highly recommend taking the opportunity whilst the Toast to the Coast weekend is running.
Sparkling Wine, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz lovers will not be disappointed!
